The Strong Foundation Challenge is not a weight loss or transformation contest. I'll be coaching you on how to build a strong foundation and body based on the Word of God, a clean diet and exercise.
When you join this challenge, I'm going to share with you tips, tools and resources to help you create a personalized diet and exercise plan that fits your goals. By the end of the 21 days, you will have the information you need to continue your fitness journey on your own. Of course, you can always sign up for one-on-one training with me as well!
Do what you can! The goal is to be informed. This is a general wellness challenge and may not be a perfect match in all areas. I will be discussing modifications and suggestions, but feel free to reach out if you have questions.
Yes! Once you sign up, you'll have access to the private community page. Group fitness and interacting with likeminded people is a great way to stay motivated and have fun. They may have questions you didn't think to ask. They may have the same struggles which may encourage you. However, community participation is not required for success.
